JOB PURPOSE

  • Provides excellent advisory services to clients by providing financial solutions of protection, health, savings, wealth accumulation and retirement
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Approach potential clients via Leads or Direct Approach to promote and provide financial solutions to the clients
  • Provide After Sales Services and operational enquiries to the clients
  • Working closely with Affinity Group via booth setting, surveys, group presentation to collects leads and referrals
  • To monitor closely on underwriting and claims processes to ensure timely issuance of policy and payment of claims
  • To plan and execute Daily Activity Management set by the Company 
  • To fulfill the sales production requirements set by the Company
  • Continuous Personal Development with all trainings and development program provided by the Company
  • To comply with Code of Ethics, BNM guidelines and Internal Standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum qualification of diploma/degree in any fields of studies
  • Communication skills - ability to communicate and convey the information precisely
  • Logic and technical skills - critical thinking and analytical skills to solve the problems
  • IT savvy - familiar with digital tools & paperless processes
  • having the attitute of positive, committed, extrovert, proactive, friendly, willing to learn new things, self-confidence, self starters, hardworking and love to be challenged
