Business Analyst – Process Improvement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as liaison party between business user and IT. Translating business needs into functional business requirements. Collaborate with business user to define project scope and business requirements.
  • Initiate, conduct and facilitate discussions with multiple stakeholders, and translate the results and issues at hand to the business and IT teams. Collaborate with business and technical resources and participate in working sessions to provide input to the solution design. Ensure business needs are appropriately addressed through the recommend solution.
  • Analyze business objective/need and managing the business requirement related documentation. Plan business analysis activities. Develop estimates for business analysis tasks. Accountable for managing to estimates.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager / coordinator to manage scope and business user expectations.
  • Collaborate with project task force to plan and implement testing procedures to ensure that the designed solutions satisfy the business requirements.
  • To work with business user to develop acceptance criteria and a plan to facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure that the solution meets the business needs.
  • Participate with Business and Project Team in planning and executing training programs and/or demonstrations related to the launch of new solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation of processes related to business analysis activities and other supporting information.
  • Provide regular documented updates and communicate progress, business concerns, and feedback to the Head of Department.
  • To support other project/initiatives as assigned by Head of Process Improvement.
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Management, or any related field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Process Improvement role within Financial industry is required for this position.
  • Able to multitask and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and able to work with all levels of stakeholder
