Business Development Manager – PosAssurance (Kedah & Pahang)

To maintain good business relationship and achieve the targeted production by developing relationships, provide trainings and servicing our Corporate Partners under the designated area of supervision.



  • Deliver the sales target for the area under supervision
  • Develop, grow and strengthen productive business relationships with Pos Malaysia branches.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Pos Malaysia sales staff to enhance channel management capability and service delivery.
  • Drive and support Pos Malaysia sales staff to achieve the agreed sales target.
  • Further enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness to deliver superior customer service.
  • Participate actively in product development and enhancement of sales process and customer service delivery standards.
  • Launch sales incentives challenge and sales promotional/recognition for branches/region
  • Conduct new product launching, road show and refresher training for Pos Malaysia staff at branches.
  • Review and provide market information and feedback to Management regularly.
  • Ensure Pos Malaysia sales staff are trained and developed with relevant training & coaching.
  • Attend & participate in sales meetings and Regional Managers, Department Head and Division Head as scheduled.
  • Ensure the collection of relevant documents like application forms and other documents from PMB HQ are in proper scheduled.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably professionals specializing in Sales - Financial Institutions (Insurance, Unit Trust, Banking etc) or equivalent.
