Manager – Account Management (Bancassurance)

PURPOSE OF POSITION

To assist Channel Head in developing and nurturing joint venture partnership initiatives with regards to Campaign, Product, Service, IT and relevant stakeholders (internal and external) in Bancassurance activities with bank partner.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop business plans to foster long term business partnership.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the relationship business plan and identify new areas for the partnership growth.
  • Identify new relationships for growth within channel.
  • Relationship management with Centers of influence within Partner banks.
  • Gather and share partner intelligence.
  • Rewards and recognition planning and implementation.
  • Facilitate Channel marketing planning and implementation.
  • Facilitate Training planning and implementation.
  • Facilitate process and support improvements through the Service team.
  • Drive governance and performance review meetings and enable tactical implementation.
  • Assist Channel Head in managing sales performance MIS and intervention planning.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills and able to work with all level of people.
  • Strong understanding in the insurance industry especially in Bancassurance.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Bancassurance or equivalent.
