‘Follow, Tag, and Win’ Contest

Mechanics

Step 1: We will upload one (1) contest post on Our Instagram page for the 'Follow, Tag, and Win Contest' (‘Contest Post’).

Step 2: Participants are required to follow Our Instagram page to be eligible to participate.

Step 3: Participants are then required to tag a friend at the comments section of the Contest Post. 

Step 4: A total of ten (10) participants will be selected and will be contacted via email to answer the Campaign Question. The selected winners will each receive a gift of one RM50 Grab Voucher (‘Gift’). 

Terms & Conditions

‘Follow, Tag, and Win Contest’ is an Instagram follow and tag Contest organised by Gibraltar BSN Life Berhad (‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’), running from 6 June 2023, 10:00am to 20 June 2023, 11:59pm (‘Contest Period’).

Eligibility

  1. The Gibraltar BSN ‘Follow, Tag, and Win Contest’ (‘Contest’) is open to all of Our Instagram audience who are Malaysians aged 18 and above.

  2. Winners of Our previous social media contests/campaigns in the past year from the Winners' Announcement are not eligible to participate in the Contest. 

Contest Mechanics 

  1. To participate in the Contest, participants (‘You/Your’) must carry out the following steps :
    • Follow Our Instagram page.  
    • Tag a friend.
       
  2. Failure to follow any one of the steps above shall result in disqualification from participation in the Contest.
     
  3. You may submit as many entries as you like, but, shall be eligible for only ONE (1) Gift. Submissions deemed vulgar, obscene, culturally insensitive or otherwise offensive shall be immediately disqualified.

Winner Selection

  1. Participants will stand a chance to win by being selected to answer the Campaign Question. Participants who answer the Campaign Question correctly will win the prize.
     
    • Ten (10) participants from the Contest Post will be announced on Our Instagram page on or before 23 June 2023 (‘Winners’ Announcement’). The selected participants shall then be required to send Us their name as per NRIC, mobile number, and email address via a private message on Instagram within seven (7) business days from the Winners' Announcement to enable Our personnel to send over an e-mail containing the Campaign Question. 
       
    • The selected participants must respond to Us with the answer to the Campaign Question within five (5) business days from the date the e-mail containing the Campaign Question was sent. Participants who fail to do so shall be deemed to have waived their chance to win the Gift and shall be disqualified.
       
  2. We will not be held responsible for any losses (including loss of opportunity and any other losses flowing therefrom) and/or any damage suffered in the event that You cannot be contacted. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner at Our sole discretion.
     
  3. Our decision on the winners of this Contest shall be final and is not subject to further appeal.
     
  4. The names of the winners of the Contest shall be announced on Our Instagram page.  

Gifts

  1. Each winner will receive a gift of one RM50 Grab Voucher if they provide their name as per NRIC, mobile number, e-mail address, and answer the Campaign Question correctly.
     
  2. Winners will receive the Gift via e-mail.

Individual Consent on Personal Data and Privacy

  1. By submitting Your contact details, you acknowledge and give consent to Your data being processed for the purposes of this Contest. 
     
  2. You acknowledge that We shall collect and use Your personal data to give You more information related to marketing promotions or future marketing promotions which We carry out. You may opt out of information related to marketing promotions or future marketing promotions which We carry out by replying to our e-mail.
     
  3. You acknowledge that your personal data shall be held by Us and shall be kept confidential and shall not be shared with a third party.

Miscellaneous

  1. By participating in this Contest, You are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and will abide by all decisions made by Us.
     
  2. We have the absolute discretion to add, and/or amend these Terms and Conditions, including the right to suspend, terminate, postpone or otherwise modify this Contest at any time without prior notice to You. For the avoidance of doubt, the suspension or termination of the Contest shall not entitle You to claim compensation against Us for any losses or damage suffered or incurred by You as a direct or indirect result of the same.
     
  3. The Gifts are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Our decision on any matter concerning these Terms and Conditions are final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
     
  4. All winners hereby expressly consent to Us, at Our discretion, to publish, display, and identify their names, photographs and city of residence for advertising and publicity purposes (if any).
