Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on the Nationwide Movement Control Order, we wish to inform you that as an essential service provider, we will remain open during this period. 

All customer related services such as submissions of policies and claims are not affected and will be conducted as normal. Our agents and professional advisors are also available to continue servicing and providing you with protection solutions during this time. 

In line with the order to reduce the public’s movement, we advise you to contact us for enquiries on your policy, claims related matters, products and such. Please call our Customer Careline at 1 300 22 6262 or email us at customerservice@gibraltarbsn.com. Our branches across Malaysia remain open to serve you should you decide to visit us. Customers can also check your policy-related information from our Customer Portal accessible from our Gibraltar BSN website.
