Whistleblowing Policy

Strong commitment to integrity and business ethics.

We encourage employees and stakeholders to raise any incidence of improper conduct at the earlier opportunity.

This policy aims to:

Ensure that staff and stakeholders are able to raise concerns regarding any illegal conduct or malpractice and to have such concerns properly investigated.
Encourage staff and stakeholders to disclose any wrongdoing, unethical business and/or professional behaviour that may adversely impact the company and/or be detrimental to other staff and stakeholders of the company.
The anonymity of the whistleblower will be maintained throughout the whistleblowing process to protect him/her from any retaliation for reporting violations or suspected violations.

Due Diligence

  • Must make a report in good faith.

  • Should provide, orally or in writing, basic information such as: the misconduct itself, the person(s) involved, when it occured, and who is/are affected by the misconduct.

  • Must have firsthand knowledge of facts disclosed in report.

  • Should not be discouraged from making a report because they are unsure as to whether there is sufficient evidence to support their allegations.
